Hose burst valve are used to prevent the uncontrolled descent of a load should a hose or pipe burst.

When the flow of oil exceeds the value set on the valve the valve shuts preventing any further oil flow.

These valves are manufacturered from steel.

Hose burst valve should be mounted so that port c is connected to the cylinder and port V to the pressure line flow. It is recomended that Hose burst valve are used in conjunction with a flow control valve.

We can supply Hose burst valve preset to your specication the flow value should be 1.5 times the normal flow.
